The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following relief: (i) Issue writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents to consider the representation dated 07/03/2024 (Annexure- H) and permit the petitioner to re-join for internship immediately, in the interest of justice and equity. (ii) Issue any other writ or direction as deem fit by this Hon’ble Court in the interest of justice and equity. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that representation dated 07.03.2024 at Annexure-H submitted by the petitioner seeking permission to rejoin internship has not been considered. 3. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that in furtherance of the above representation has written to the respondent No.1-University on 07.03.2024 seeking advice of the University. In that view of the matter, Petition is allowed, respondent No.1 is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 07.03.2024 at Annexure-H and the letter dated 07.03.2024 addressed by respondent No.2-College to the University within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
