Serial No. 132 Supp. Cause List I IN THE HIGH COURT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR AND LADAKH AT SRINAGAR CM No. 4209/2025 in WP(C) No. 1488/2025 SAKINA SYED AND ANR. …Petitioner/Appellant(s) Through: Vs. UNION TERRITORY TH. DIRECTOR GENERAL OF POLICE AND ORS. ...Respondent(s) Through: Mr. Mohd Ibrahim Mehraj, Adv. for R. 7 CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE MOHD YOUSUF WANI, JUDGE. ORDER 17.09.2025 1. CM No. 4209/2025 2. CM No. 4210/2025 3. 1. Through the medium of the instant application, the applicant (respondent No. 7 in a disposed of petition bearing WP(C) No. 1488/2025 titled as “Sakina Syed and Anr. vs. Union Territory Th. Director General of Police and Ors.”) seeks recalling of the order dated 30.06.2025 of this court on the ground that same has been obtained by the non-applicants (petitioners in the said petition) by practicing fraud before this court as according to the applicant, the non-applicant/petitioner No. 1 namely Sakina Syed is his legally wedded wife. Although the learned counsel for the applicant/respondent No.7 was asked that in terms of order dated 30.06.2025, this court has not made any observation regarding the validity of the alleged marriage of non-applicants/petitioners, so he is at liberty to throw challenge to the alleged marriage before the competent civil court, yet the learned counsel insisted that the application be heard being maintainable under law. 4. 2. Since the order dated 30.06.2025 sought to be recalled has been passed by another learned coordinate Bench of this court, as such, the propriety demands that the instant application be heard by the said Bench. 5. 3. Registry is accordingly directed to take steps for listing of this application before the appropriate Bench. (MOHD YOUSUF WANI) JUDGE SRINAGAR: 17.09.2025 “Sakeena-PS”
