Both these bail applications arise out of same police case. Accordingly, they are being disposed of by a common order. Petitioners have been made an accused in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 07 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 292, 296, 318(4), 338, 336(3), 61(2) of the B.N.S. and Sections 3/4/5 of the Immoral Trafficking Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribag. On 22.01.2025 at about 10:45 P.M., Hazaribag Muffasil police raided hotel King Resort and apprehended several persons and sex workers from the said hotel. It is alleged that the petitioner was also apprehended along with a sex worker in compromising position. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this court earlier vide B.A. No. 2232/2025. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribag in connection with Muffasil P.S.
