The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "i) श्रदद्धेय न्ययाययालय दयारया परमयादद्धेश प्रकक तति मम आदद्धेश, अथवया तनिदरश पयाररति कर तवपकक्षी ससंख्यया 1 (अपर आययक (न्ययातयक) प्रययागरयाज मण्डल प्रययागरयाज) कको तनिदरतशति तकयया जयावद्धे तक तनिगरयानिक्षीकतियार /ययातचिकयाकतियार दयारया प्रस्तियति (तवचियारयाधक्षीनि) तनिगरयानिक्षी ससंख्यया 559/2023, कम्प्ययटरक्षीकक ति वयाद ससंख्यया C 202302000000559, बमयकदमया अच्छद्धे लयाल बनियाम गयासंवसमया आतद, अन्तिगरति धयारया 219 उत्तर प्रदद्धेश भय० रयाजस्व अधधतनियम 1901, पर यथया शक्षीघ्र सयनिवयाई हद्धेतिय उतचिति आजया पयाररति तकयद्धे जयानिद्धे हद्धेतिय आजया पयाररति तकयद्धे जयानिद्धे ककी अनियकम्पया ककी जयावम ।" 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the aforesaid appeal is pending since 2023 before respondent no.1 for adjudication. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent No. 1, Addl. Commissioner (Judicial), Prayagraj Division, Prayagraj to consider and decide the aforementioned appeal of the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the respondents and after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned provided that there is no other legal impediment.
