At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor apprised this Court that after investigation charge sheet was submitted against the petitioner in the month of December, 2018 and after trial the petitioner has already been acquitted by the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sawai Madhopur vide judgment dated 02.01.2021. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that under the changed circumstances, this criminal misc. petition has become infructuous. 3.
