1. By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking for the following reliefs:-
10.1. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the concerned respondent authorities particular respondent no. 2 and 4 to decide pending application for correction of the land in the revenue record within stipulated time, in the interest of justice.
10.2. Any other relief, which the Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted in favour of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that an application for mutation was moved by the petitioner before the Tahsildar, according to the provisions of Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959, pertaining to old Khasra No.222/4, admeasuring 2.00 hectare (new Khasra No.367/1, admeasuring 1.8750 hectare), situated at village Tatapani, Tahsil- Ramanujganj, District- Balrampur-Ramanujganj, Chhattisgarh. However, till date, the Tahsildar has not decided the said application.
3. On the other hand, the learned state counsel would submit that the petitioner is an encroacher, which is evident from the application itself. Therefore, the petitioner has no right to move any application for mutation.
4. Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner that his application for mutation is pending consideration before the
3 / 3 Tahsildar, therefore, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2/ Tahsildar, Tahsil- Ramanujganj, District- Balrampur-Ramanujganj to consider and decide the petitioner's application within 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the instant writ petition is hereby disposed of. Sd/- (BIBHU DATTA GURU)
