POONACHA - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:44997-DB CCC No. 802 of 2025 ORAL ORDER (PER: HON'BLE MR. VIBHU BAKHRU, CHIEF JUSTICE) 1. The complainants have filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of an order dated 11.2.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.30826/2024 (KLR-LG). 2. The complainants have filed the said petition being aggrieved by the condition (condition No.7 in Form No.7), which restricted the complainants' right for alienating the property granted for a period of twenty five (25) years. 3. The complainants have succeeded in the said writ petition and accordingly, condition No.7 imposed in Form No.7 dated 1.6.2023 was quashed and set aside. 4. The complainants' grievance is that the concerned Tahsildar has not issued a fresh Saguvali Chit by deleting the said condition. However, we find that there is no direction for issuing a fresh Saguvali chit. It is stated the respondents have also filed an appeal against the said order dated 11.2.2025 passed in Writ Petition - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:44997-DB CCC No. 802 of 2025 No.30826/2024 (KLR-LG). However, the order, disobedience of which is alleged, has not been stayed. 5. In view of the above, the complaint is closed. 6. Needless to say that the parties would be at liberty to proceed on the basis of the order, disobedience of which is complained of. 7. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
