CONCILIATION ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioners and the respondent appears and files a joint memo. 2. The joint memo reads as follows:
"The undersigned parties herewith submits as follows. 1) That the Respondent had filed a cheque bounce case in CC. 59796/2018 for a cheque amount of Rs.8,67,552/- wherein the same was ordered in favour of the Respondent herein. 2) At the intervention of elder and well wisher the Petitioner and Respondent have entered into a amicable settlement on the following term: a) The respondent agrees to settle the aforesaid cheque amount for a sum of Rs.8,68,000/- as full and final settlement. Out of which the respondent has agreed to waive of the security deposit amount of Rs.1,00,000/- and the Court deposit of Rs.5,58,000/- and have agreed to receive a balance sum of Rs.2,10,000/- by way of Demand Draft.
b) The petitioner has also agreed towards the same and undertaken to get a demand draft for a sum of Rs.2,10,000/- towards the full and final settlement of the
4 aforesaid cheque amount by Monday i.e., 15.09.2025 and hand over the same to the Respondent's office personally. c) In view of the above the petitioner and respondent admits that there are no claim against each other in respect of the aforesaid cheque 000343 dt.30.09.2017. Wherefore the petitioner and respondent humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to dispose of the above petition in terms of this compromise/Joint Memo, in the interest of justice". 3. In view of the joint memo filed by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the respondent, this Criminal Revision Petition is disposed of. Sd/- JUDGE
