The petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus restraining the respondents from interfering in his possession over Gata No.406 measuring 0.0050 hectare, situated at village Sarai Ajitmal, Pargana & Tehsil Ajitmal, District Auraiya. 2. The case of the petitioner is that he has constructed house over the said land by taking financial aid under the Pradhanmantri Awas Yojna (Urban). The respondents are illegally threatening to demolish his house and interfering in his possession. 3. Learned standing counsel has placed on record the instructions received from the State-respondents and according to which, an order has been passed under Section 67 dated 27.09.2024 against the petitioner and action is being taken on basis of the said order. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 27.09.2024 in appropriate proceedings. 5.
