The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 05.02.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in WP.No.8932/2021 (KLR- RES). In terms of the said order, the writ petition was partly - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:42289-DB CCC No. 178 of 2025 allowed and the Deputy Commissioner was directed to comply with the directions as set out to identify the lands and pass orders settling the survey records as well as revenue records. 2. The learned counsel for the accused submits that a comprehensive order dated 08.07.2025 has been passed dismissing the revision petition filed by the complainant. The Deputy Commissioner has found that no original grant records are available in respect of the complainant (revision petitioner). The complainant has availed remedies of assailing the order dated 08.07.2025. 3. In view of the above, we consider it apposite to close the present complaint, while reserving all rights and contentions of the parties in respect of the said order.
