In criminal revision No. 632/2020 has been filed by the applicants with the following prayer: “It is therefore, prayed that the Revision may kindly be allowed and the impugned order dated 16.01.2020, passed by the Court learned Family Judge {Family Court Surajpur}, may kindly be set aside and enhance the amount of maintenance, at least to Rs 10,000/- per month to applicant no. 1 & Rs 8,000/- per month to Applicant No. 2 (as pleaded in application filed U/s. 127 of Cr.P.C. before the court below), in the interest of Justice.” 3 2. In criminal revision No. 313/2020 has been filed by the applicant with the following prayer: “It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the revision of the applicant and set-aside the order Impugned dated 16.01.2020 passed in Misc. Criminal case no. 51/2019 by the Learned Family Court Surajpur District Surajpur (C.G.) and also declared that, the non-applicant no. 1 is not legally entitled to get the maintenance in the interest of justice.” 3. Mr. Sunil Tripathi, learned counsel appearing for the non-applicant/ husband has submitted that a decree of divorce has already been executed between the parties vide order dated 16.05.2014, and it has been mentioned in paragraph No. 21 of this revision petition that one-time permanent alimony has been awarded to the wife and the son has also attained majority. 4. In view of the above, the matter already stands settled and both the petitions are accordingly disposed of. 5. Let a copy of this order as well as original record of this case be transmitted to the trial Court concerned forthwith for necessary information and compliance.
