The respondent in the above case filed M.C.No. 4035/2016 before, The Principal Judge family court Bangalore praying for divorce and dissolution of her marriage dated 9.5.2007 with the petitioner. It is submitted that the respondent's application for interim maintenance was allowed by the Family Court. The respondent executed the order in EX.C.No. 104/2020. Hence this writ petition was filed. It is submitted that the matter is settled between the parties in MC. 4035/2016 by an order dated 25-10-2021 before the family Court. Hence this writ petition has become infructuous. The same be disposed of as infructuous. The parties to this petition have set their hands to this settlement before the Lok Adalat in the presence of conciliators on this 13.12.2025 at Bengaluru Bench." 2. The said joint memo is placed on record. 3 3. In view of the aforementioned, the petition is disposed of in terms of the joint memo as having become infructuous.
