JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA) 1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer: “i) Issue a writ or order or direction I the nature of writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the objections / representations dated 12.09.2024 submitted by the petitioner as per Annexure-E. ii) Grant such other further reliefs as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the circumstances including costs in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. In the year 2023, it transpires that the Post of Registrar was filled by the Institution as per the meeting of the governing council, against which the petitioner who claims to be eligible to be considered for the post of Registrar has submitted objections. The objections are not considered and therefore, the petitioner is at the doors of this Court. 3. Learned ASG Shri Venkatesh M.Kharvi representing the respondents would submit that the representation is submitted on 12.09.2024 for an event that had happened one year ago, but nonetheless would submit - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:1959 WP No. 107034 of 2024 that, if reasonable time is granted, the representation would meet its consideration and necessary order would be passed. 4. In that light, I deem it appropriate to dispose the petition with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated in 12.09.2024, pass necessary orders in accordance with law and communicate the order so passed. 5.
