The following prayers have been made in the writ petition: "i- issue a writ order or direction in nature of mandamus directing/commanding the respondents to continue the uninterepted supply of bikes to the petitioner on advance payments as previous method. ii- issue a writ order or direction in nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondents not to open any new outlet within 10 kms. of municipal boundries of Phaphund Nagar Panchayat and also pay to the petitioner's balance amount through A/c payee cheque with statement of account." 2. The dispute sought to be raised in the writ petition is a private dispute arising out of a business transaction between two private entities. 3. The writ petition is wholly misconceived.
