ORAL ORDER
Though this matter is listed for compliance of office objections, taking note of the fact that the petitioner is seeking transfer of pending matrimonial case in M.C.No.187/2024 from Chitradurga Court to Bengaluru Court on the ground of inability to attend the Court at Chitradurga, as petitioner is currently residing in Bengaluru, this Court bestowed its best attention to the facts of the case.
2. Geographical distance and financial incapacity are no longer good grounds to transfer the pending case from one Court to another Court inasmuch as the petitioner can avail the facility of the Video Conferencing.

3. If the petitioner files an application before the Court at Chitradurga to participate through Video Conferencing, learned trial Judge at Chitradurga shall allow the same and shall permit the petitioner to appear through Video Conferencing.
4. With that observations, the following:
ORDER (i) Civil Petition is dismissed. (ii) No order as to costs.
