Considering the said submission and on perusal of the materials, it is seen that on NBW was issued against the petitioner on 23.12.2024 and it was executed on 21.03.2025, after a lapse of four months. 3. It is seen from the records that in this case only two more witnesses are to be examined. The respondent police registered the FIR and the investigation is in progress. The case is posted for examination of witnesses on 31.07.2025.
