When the writ petition came up for consideration on 26.09.2023, this Court directed the 2nd respondent to aord adequate police protection to the life of the petitioner and his family members from any threat being caused by the party respondents. 3. Heard; the learned Government Pleader and the learned counsel for the party respondents. 4. On a consideration of the facts and the materials on record, I am of the view that a quietus can be given to the writ petition, by permitting the petitioner to approach the 2nd respondent in case there is any threat from the part of the party respondents. If such complaint is led, the 2nd respondent shall act upon the complaint, in accordance with law, without interfering in any civil dispute between the WP(C) No.31385 of 2023 3 2025:KER:27292 petitioner and the party respondents. 5. The Registry is directed to forward a copy of this judgment to the petitioner. The writ petition is ordered accordingly.
