Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for a while, submits that the petitioner would feel satisfied if the present writ petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to the respondent No.1-Vice Chancellor SKAUST to decide the representations of the petitioner alleged to have been filed before him and have been placed on record as annexure-1 and II in accordance with law within some reasonable time frame. 2. On the asking of the Court, Ms. Urba, learned Advocate vice e Mr Hamza Prince, learned Advocate enters appearance on behalf of the respondents and submits that she is not averse to the disposal of the present petition at this stage or else to the prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner She, however, submits that the representations of the petitioner would be considered in accordance with the rules and as per law occupying the field. 3. With the consent of the learned appearing counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is taken up for final disposal at this stage and is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.1 to consider the representations of the petitioner which have been placed on record as annexure-I and II strictly in conformity with the rules and as per law within a period of four weeks from the date a copy of this order is made available to the respondent No.1. Needless to say, the consideration order which is likely to be passed be forwarded to the petitioner through registered post. 4.
