Case No. 40 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 354, 354B, 376, 504, 506/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Latehar. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the informant on the pretext of marriage. Later on, the petitioner refused to marry her. It appears that the parties were in consensual physical relationship for last two years. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the Panchayati was held, in which the member of the Panchayat had disrobed the informant. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that there is no allegation against the petitioner that he had disrobed her. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Latehar in connection with Mahuadanr P.S.
