1. The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 06.08.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-18812-2024.
2. The relevant portion of order dated 06.08.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-18812-2024, is reproduced as under:-
“Places reliance upon pendency of CWP-27737- 2023 (M/s Unipearl Alloys and others Vs. P.S.P.C.L & others) and the interim order dated 12.12.2023 passed therein. It is pointed out that in pursuance to the impugned Demand Notices dated 25.06.2024 (Annexure P-3) and 02.08.2024 (Annexure P-5), demand of additional consumption deposit (ACD) was raised. The petitioner had replied to the same vide communication Annexure P-4 and requested the Corporation to wait for SAHIL 2025.09.11 17:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

-2- the decision of the LPAs pending before this Court. It was also requested that meter be replaced with a meter having AMR system. It is submitted that as per the interim order passed in above said writ petition, petitioner is liable to deposit only 50% of the amount after the respondents recalculate the same. Notice of motion. Mr. G.S. Bawa, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents no.1 & 2 and prays for time to file reply. Service upon respondent no.3 is dispensed with, at this stage. To come up on 02.09.2024. To be heard along with CWP-27737-2023. In the meanwhile, the Corporation shall take steps to serve a fresh demand notice of 50% of the amount upon the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today and deposit be made within a period of two weeks thereafter.”
3. The petitioner has filed present contempt petition for disobedience of interim directions as referred to above.

Learned counsel for the respondent contends that the main writ petition is decided with certain directions.
5. Consequently, the present petition is hereby dismissed.
6. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
