The applicant was convicted on 17.01.2025, by the learned Sessions Judge, Jorhat in Sessions Case No.203/2017, he was directed to undergo rigorous imprisonment for 1(one) year only. 4. He is already on bail. 5. I have gone through the impugned Judgment. 6. It is hereby directed that the sentence imposed upon the present applicant by the learned Sessions Judge, Jorhat in Sessions Case No.203/2017 shall remain stayed till disposal for the connected Appeal. 7.
