Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the Wakf Board submitted that subsequently, election was conducted on 10.08.2025 and 21 members were elected and out of that 5 persons belonging to the Adhoc Committee were also elected. 4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the reports given by the second respondent dated 04.02.2025 and 06.02.2025, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to conduct enquiry after affording opportunity to the petitioner and the Adhoc Committee members against whom the complaint has been given. The enquiry shall be completed within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the report shall be placed before the Wakf Board.
