The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that due to financial constraints, he was unable to arrange the necessary funds for filing the second appeal and hence, there was a delay of 911 days. 3. The reasons sated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are satisfactory. Therefore, this Petition is allowed and the delay of 911 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) to the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 within a week from today.
