The petitioners seek bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 150 of 2024 arising out of Kunauli (Dagmara O.P) P.S. Case No. 14 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are accused of killing the deceased. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and there is general and omnibus allegation against them. The petitioners are in custody since 12.02.2024. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73627 of 2024(3) dt.22-01-2025 2/2 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed. 6. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Supaul/concerned Court below in connection with Sessions Trial No. 150 of 2024 arising out of Kunauli (Dagmara O.P) P.S. Case No. 14 of 2024. 7. As a condition of this order, the petitioners, after being released on bail are directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through their lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court.
