The petitioners are raising a challenge the impugned communication/order dated 27.08.2024 at Annexure-A passed by the Assistant Commissioner, Bangalore South Sub-Division. It is stated in the communication made by the Assistant Commissioner to the Special Tahsildar, Bangalore South Taluk that in pursuance of the direction issued in WP - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:34021 WP No. 35493 of 2024 No.17135/2021 dated 15.7.2024, the name of all the parties, who were before this Court in the said writ petition are jointly directed to be mutated in the RTC. 4. The learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents No.1 to 3 submits that right or wrong an order has been passed by the Assistant Commissioner directing the Tahsidlar to mutate and enter the name of the persons jointly in the RTC. If the petitioners are aggrieved, then they will have to raise a challenge to such an order passed by the Assistant Commissioner before the Deputy Commissioner under Section 136(3) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964. 5. Upholding the submission of the learned Additional Government Advocate, the writ petition stands disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioners to raise a challenge to Annexure-A - communication/order dated 27.08.2024 before the Deputy Commissioner. If such a revision petition is filed by the petitioners under Section 136(3) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964, the Deputy Commissioner shall issue notice to all the concerned and thereafter consider the matter on merits. - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:34021 WP No. 35493 of 2024 6.
