This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 25.06.2024 registered as Case Crime No. 266 of 2024, under Section- 498-A, 323, 376, 377, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Act, 2019 and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, Police Station- Bhojpur, District- Moradabad. 3. The earlier Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.11496 of 2024 filed by petitioner was dismissed. The order is already on record as annexure no.7 to the writ petition but this fact has not been disclosed in paragraph 1 of the writ petition, which to the contrary reveals that this is the first writ petition with regard to the same cause of action. 4. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed with cost of Rs.50,000/- against the petitioner. It is directed that Rs.50,000/- shall be paid to respondent no.3 within one month. In case the amount is not paid to the respondent no.3 by petitioner, she shall apply before the District Magistrate, Moradabad, who shall recover the same as arrears of the land revenue.
