The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on condition that the petitioner should deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of Cr.No.309 of 2025 before the trial Court, which the matter relates to the offence of cheating. 3. The petitioner after obtaining anticipatory bail, has not complied the conditions is before this Court, seeking modification. 4. This Court finds no error in the condition which requires modification.
