It stands reflected from record that in relation to the same matter in issue regarding alleged encroachments over Gata no. 459 recorded as Talab, following four cases under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 have been registered against the concerned persons:- (i) T201803240201626 (ii) T201803240201628 (iii) T201803240201629 (iv) T201803240201630 3. Once statutory proceedings have already been registered before the competent court, no separate direction can be issued in this petition, which has been filed in public interest. 4. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of directing the concerned authority to deal with the aforesaid cases strictly in accordance with law, particularly as per the directions issued by this Court in Rishipal Singh Vs. State of U.P. and others: 2023 (1) AWC 4 and decide the same after providing opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned expeditiously, preferably, within a period of six months from the date a copy of this order is filed in all the aforesaid cases. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion as regards merits of the contention raised by the petitioner.
