ORDER:
1. The present Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief:
“to declare the Tender Notice No. 20/2017-18/CE (GVMC)/SE (W)/SE/EE-IVB/EE-V/EE-AKP/DB/ dated 03. 07. 2017 issued by the Chief Engineer, GVMC, the 4th respondent herein calling for tenders in respect of three works in Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation basing on Municipal Solid Waste Management Operational Guidelines issued by the Govt. in G. O. M s No. 279 dated 31-12-2015 is illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory and in violation of Articles 14, 16 of the Constitution of India and set aside the same and further direct the Commissioner and Chief Engineer, GVMC, the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to allow and continue the members of petitioners union to attend sweeping and cleaning works in Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation of Visakhapatnam and pass necessary orders”.
2. As the counsel for the Petitioner expired, this Court
directed the Registry to issue Notice to the Petitioner on
29.04.2025. Accordingly, the Registry issued Notice by registered post with acknowledgment due and the same was served on the Petitioner on 22.05.2025. However, there is no

representation on behalf of the Petitioner.
3. Therefore, the Writ Petition and other miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand dismissed for non- prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
