Vague and indefinite allegations of such threats have been made in the bail cancellation application. No case for bail cancellation is made out. However in case applicant is being threatened by someone it is always open to him to approach the trial court with particulars of the case. The learned trial court may consider grant of benefit of Witness Protection Scheme, 2018 to the applicant if he satisfies the eligibility criteria for the same.
