JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: WHEREFORE, the petitioner most humbly prays that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to: a) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the Learned III Addl. Family Judge at Bengaluru, to adjourn the proceedings for a period of 90 days from today. b) Or to grant any such other relief/s or order or direction as this Hon’ble Court deems fit under the facts the circumstances of the case to meet the ends of justice. 2. The writ petition is filed on 10.09.2024. Without going into the merits of the matter as already what the petitioner had sought for and even 90 days time is elapsed.
