Sood, Advocate, for respondents No. 1 & 2. : Respondent No.3 ex parte. ____________________________________________________ Bipin Chander Negi, Judge (oral) The present petition has been preferred seeking the following two reliefs:- (a) Quashing and setting aside impugned Order Annexure P-8 dated 28.01.2019 passed by Learned District Judge Una District Una (HP) in application for maintenance under HMA (CIS HMA Registration No.09/2018) in main Divorce petition registration No. 10/2017 (CIS CNR No. HPUN010005032018) and to dismiss application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act Annexure P-5 filed by respondent No.1. (b) Quashing and setting aside directions contained in impugned Order Annexure P-9 to the extent it directs the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs. 3500/- towards visitation expenses in proceedings under 1 Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 the provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 pending before Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.1 Una (HP) registered as Case No. 69/2014. 2. In terms of the order dated 27.9.2021, petition qua relief B was withdrawn. The main petition seeking divorce, wherein application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act had been filed now stands decided. 3. In view thereof, present proceedings have become infructuous and disposed of accordingly. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
