JUSTICE S SUNIL DUTT YADAV - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:44573 WP No. 9946 of 2024 ORAL ORDER The present petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus to direct respondent No.4 to consider the order dated 07.12.2020 passed by respondent No.3 and also consider the representation dated 05.03.2024 submitted for change of revenue entry showing the name of the petitioner in respect of the property bearing Sy.No.166, measuring 20 guntas of Manne Village, Thyamagondlu Hobli, Nelamangala Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District. 2. The petitioner submits that a detailed representation has been made, copy of which is enclosed at Annexure-H. It is submitted that in terms of the order of the Land Tribunal, an extent of 0-20 guntas has been conferred upon the petitioner's father. It is further submitted that the petitioner's father has subsequently passed away, but despite the order of the Land Tribunal, katha has not been changed to the name of either the petitioner or his father. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:44573 WP No. 9946 of 2024 3. Learned High Court Government Pleader upon instructions submits that the representation at Annexure-H would be considered and appropriate order would be passed in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. 4. Needless to state, the petitioner to furnish documents and clarifications, if any, if are sought for by the respondent for the purpose of considering the representation at Annexure-H.
