Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 2. By means of this application, the only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the A.C.J.M 16 Allahabad to decide the Criminal Case No.790 of 2025 (State Vs. Prabodh Kumar Verma and others) arising out of Case Crime No.362/2024, under Sections 498A, 323, 506 I.P.C and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Dhoomanganj, District- Prayagraj pending before A.C.J.M 16, Allahabad since 05.04.2025, within a short stipulated period. 3. I do not find any ground to pass such order looking to the fact that number of cases are pending before the trial court waiting for its logical conclusion and in the circumstances, no such direction can be issued to decide a particular case within a stipulated time. Further, if the applicant is moves any fresh application before the court below concerned, the court below is directed to consider and decide of the application in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible. 4.
