JUSTICE ANU SIVARAMAN ORAL JUDGMENT This writ petition is filed praying to issue writ of mandamus or direction directing the respondents to consider the representations dated 05.12.2024 and 09.12.2024 as per Annexure-A to F. 2. The petitioner made representations as per Annexure A to F seeking to allow her to permanently reside in the house in Sy.No.75 of the Guttepalya village, Taralu Gram Panchayath reserved under the Ashraya Scheme contending that she has been residing there from the past three years. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:32748 WP No. 35517 of 2024 3. Since no action has been taken by the respondents, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a Criminal Complaint has been instituted against the responsible persons and that the petitioner will now have to approach the Civil Court. 5. Reserving liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate suits or other proceedings as maintainable in law, this writ petition is closed.
