JUSTICE MANASH RANJAN PATHAK ORDER 26-03-2025 Heard Mr. D. Gogoi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the respondent No.1. Also heard Mr. R. S. Mishra, learned counsel for the informant/respondent No.2. 2. Apprehending their arrest, the petitioners, namely, (1) Mineswar Hazarika, son of late Sishuram Hazarika, resident of Bihpuria, District- Lakhimpur and (2) Mrinmoy Hazarika, son of Mineswar Hazarika, resident of Bihpuria, District- Lakhimpur have filed this application under Section 482 of the BNS, 2023 seeking pre-arrest bail in Bihpuria Police Station Case No. 24/2025 registered under Sections 296/74/115(2)/3(5) BNS, 2023. 3. By order dated 19.02.2025, the Court while called for the case diary of said Bihpuria P.S. Case No. 24/2025, granted interim pre-arrest bail to the petitioners, which is still in force. 4. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Bihpuria P.S. Case No. 24/2025 vide Charge-Sheet No. 22/2025 dated 28.02.2025. 5. In view of the above, the petitioners are directed to approach the appropriate forum/authority for their regular bail in said Bihpuria P.S. Case No. 24/2025 on or before 10.04.2025. 6. The interim bail granted to the petitioners earlier on 19.02.2025 in said Page No.# 3/3 Bihpuria P.S. Case No. 24/2025 is extended only upto 10.04.2025. 7. With the above observation and direction, this pre-arrest bail application stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
