By way of this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- (i) For issuance of writ/s, order/s, direction/s in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding these respondents to consider the applications of Petitioners and direct for lodging First Information Report against the erring accused persons as given in the applications of Petitioners to the authorities (Annexed herewith) and also direct for free and fair investigation against the erring persons including authorities- respondents. (ii) For issuance of writ/s, order/s, direction/s in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding these respondents to give directions to respondents- authorities for taking appropriate actions on the applications (annexed herewith) of these Petitioners. (iii) For issuance of writ/s, order/s, direction/s in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding these respondents to decide the Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 114/2023-24 filed by the Petitioner No. -- 2 (Md. Isharul) filed before the Court of Learned Additional Collector, Madhepura. (iv) For issuance of writ/s, order/s, direction/s in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding these respondents to direct these respondents- authorities to consider the grievance Patna High Court CR. In this case, a counter affidavit has been filed by the Superintendent of Police, Madhepura and in the counter affidavit, it has come that brothers are fighting and proceeding under Section 107 of the Cr.P.C. has been initiated. 4.
