ORAL ORDER
1. In this writ petition, the petitioner has sought for following relief/s:
“i) Issue an order or direction or writ in the nature of writ of certiorari quashing the Order dated 13.6.2025 in No.Ka.Ja.Ma/HRD.1/315/2025-26 vide Annexure-F issued by the 2nd Respondent in so far as Item No.4 of the
Order withdrawing the Additional

Charge/Incharge Arrangement from petitioner and entrusted to 3rd respondent at Mandya.
ii) Issue an order or direction or writ in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the 2nd Respondent to allow the Petitioner to continue as an Executive Engineer (Additional Charge) and Technical Assistant of the Karnataka Urban Water Supply & Drainage Board, Mandya in the present place.
iii) Issue any order or orders as deems fit and proper, including the cost of the proceedings.”
2. This Court by order dated 13.08.2025 has passed the following order:
“ORAL ORDER ON I.A.No.1/2025 I.A.No.1/2025 is filed seeking dispensation of production of original/certified copy of Annexure-F. Perused the affidavit filed in support of the application. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, production of original/certified copy of Annexure-F is dispensed with for the present, subject to the condition that the same shall be furnished within a period of four weeks.

I.A.No.1/2025 stands disposed of.
ORAL ORDER
The learned Government Advocate has submitted that the petitioner has completed his term. Since this Court has granted an interim
order, the Government is not taking any decision in respect of the transfer of the petitioner.
It is made clear that the interim order granted by this Court will not come in the way of the Government taking any decision in transfer of the parties in accordance with law.
Re-list the matter on 28.08.2025.
Interim order granted earlier is extended till the next date of hearing.”
3. Since the petitioner has completed his two years term of service in Mandya, respondent No.2 issued a transfer order dated 25.08.2025, posting the petitioner to Shivamogga.
4. In view of the above, the prayers sought by the petitioner do not survive for consideration. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.

All pending I.As. in this writ petition, if any, are dismissed accordingly.
