In the present case, an order under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act') dated August 14, 2024 was passed by the Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, District Kanpur Nagar for granting possession of the property in question to the petitioner. 3. In light of the same, the respondent authorities are directed to act in accordance with law and comply with the aforesaid order passed under Section 14 of the Act within a period of eight weeks from date, if there is no other legal impediment. 4.
