Heard learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties. 3. Petitioner has filed the present writ petition inter alia with the following prayer:- “In view of the facts stated and submissions made above, the Petitioner most humbly prays that the Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the Opp. Parties particularly Opp. Party No.1 to place the petitioner at Level-3 of the Pay Matrix under ORSP Rules, 2017 in terms of the Resolution of the Finance Department dtd.20.12.2019 under annexure-3 within a period stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. And the Hon'ble court may further be pleased to direct the Opp. Parties to sanction and disburse the consequential financial benefits after placement of the petitioner at Level-3 of the pay matrix under ORSP Rule, 2017. And further be pleased to issue pass any other order/orders as the Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper. Page 2 of 2. And for this act of kindness the Petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray.” 4. However, taking into account the claim raised in the present Writ Petition, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to make a fresh representation before Opp. Party No. 3 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three (3) weeks hence. 5. It is observed that if such representation is filed within the aforesaid time period, Opp. Party No. 3 shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of such representation.
