Heard learned Advocate Ms. Devangi B. Solanki for the Applicant and learned APP Ms. Jirga Jhaveri appearing on behalf of the Respondent - State. 3. Rule returnable forthwith. Learned APP waives service of Rule on behalf of the Respondent State. 4. Having heard the arguments advanced by the learned Advocate for the Applicant and the ground mentioned in the Application, this court is inclined to exercise discretion in favour of the applicant. 5. The application is allowed. The Applicant is ordered to be released on Parole Leave for a period of 10 days from the R/SCR.A/14586/2025 ORDER DATED: 10/11/2025 date of actual release, upon furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with a surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the jail authority and on the condition that the applicant shall mark his presence before the concerned police station every alternate day and on a further condition that the Applicant shall surrender to the Jail authorities on expiry of the Parole period. 6.
