1. By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a limited direction for decision of his application under Section 115 of the C.G. Land Revenue Code, 1959 is pending before the SDO(R) which has been filed on 29/07/2024.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the application under Section 115 of the Code, 1959 has been filed by the petitioner on 29/07/2024 for the correction of entries made in the revenue record regarding the land owned by the petitioner. He further submits that though the application has been filed in the month of July, 2024, but till date no initiative has been taken by the SDO(R) for necessary correction in the revenue record.
3. Learned counsel for the State would submit that if the application is still pending before the SDO, the same shall be considered and necessary orders will be passed in accordance with law within stipulated period.
4. I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.
5. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the respondent/State, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the SDO(Revenue)/respondent No.3 to decide the application filed by the petitioner within a period of six weeks, if the same is still pending before him.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition is
