This application is filed seeking transfer of matrimonial proceeding i.e. Hindu Marriage Petition No.214 of 2024 from the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Hingoli to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court at Nanded. 3. It is stated that the applicant-wife is staying at Nanded with her parents. There is no one to accompany her to travel to attend the Court at Hingoli. There is one more proceeding filed under the Domestic Violence Act and pending in the Court at Nanded. Another proceeding filed under Section 144 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, for 2025:BHC-AUG:8783 Ethape ( 2 ) 6-MCA-32-2025 maintenance. She thus prays for transfer of the proceeding from the Court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Hingoli to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court at Nanded. 4. Considering above, this Court is inclined to allow the application. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). 5. After the proceeding is transferred, the applicant-wife shall co- operate in speedy disposal of the proceedings without seeking unnecessary adjournments. If the Court finds that unnecessary adjournments are sought by the applicant-wife, the Court shall deal with it to compensate the respondent. 6. The learned Judge shall try to dispose of the proceeding as early as possible and preferably within eighteen (18) months from the date of transfer of the proceeding. 7.
