This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction for implementation of enquiry report dated 28.03.2025. According to petitioner's counsel, proceedings under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 are pending consideration. 2. Once proceedings under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 are pending consideration, the enquiry report cannot be implemented till the proceedings are concluded. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit. In case, proceedings under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 are pending consideration, the same shall be positively decided by the officer concerned, within a period of two months, from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
