WPSS No.1012 of 2025 Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J.
Mr. Abhijay Negi and Ayush Pokhriyal, Advocates for the petitioner. Mr. N.S. Pundir, D.A.G. for the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, would submit that he does not want to press the relief numbers 1 and 2 in the instant petition, because he would file fresh petition with better particulars, claiming those reliefs. In view of the statement given by
learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn qua relief nos. 1 and 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that insofar as the remaining reliefs are concerned, he may be given liberty to file fresh representation with the direction to the respondent-authorities to decide the representation within a stipulated period of time. Learned State Counsel would submit that if the petitioner gives a fresh representation, it may be decided within four weeks from the date of its receipt. The Court takes on record the statement given by learned State Counsel. In regard to relief nos. (iii) and (iv), the writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the respondent authorities within a period of one week. In the eventuality of such representation having been filed, the respondent authorities are further directed to take a decision on such representation within
a period of four weeks, thereafter. (Ravindra Maithani J.)
