After arguing for a while, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that he would feel satisfied in case the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to treat the writ petition as representation and accord consideration to the same within some reasonable period, to which Ms. Nadiya Abdullah, learned counsel who caused appearance on asking of the court on behalf of the official respondents, has no objection provided the same is directed to be accorded consideration strictly under rules and as per law. 2. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the instant petition is taken up for disposal at the very threshold and is accordingly disposed of by directing the respondents to treat the instant petition as representation and accord consideration of the same strictly under rules and as per law, within a period of six weeks from the date copy of this order along with the writ petition and Annexures are made available to the respondents. 3. Order of consideration which is likely to be passed be forwarded to the petitioners through registered post. 4. The writ petition is disposed of in the manner indicated above.
