By way of filing of this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction against the respondents to conduct review DPC for the year 2008-2009 and fill up the 20 vacancies of SC Category against the backlog quota. 2. The detailed reply to the writ petition has been submitted as well as complete bifurcation with regard to exercise of DPC for the purpose of promotion has been mentioned in para Nos.8, 9 & 10. 3.
