Islam, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. R. J. Baruah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. The petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail by this Court by order Page No.# 2/2 dated 20.02.2025 with certain conditions. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in pursuant to the direction of this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer of Sapatgram P.S. Case No. 06/2025. 3. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a report furnished to him by the Investigating Officer of Sapatgram P.S. Case No. 06/2025, namely, Sri O. K. Saikia, SI of Police who has categorically stated in his report that the accusation is against the main accused Mofazzel Hoque and the petitioner, namely, Aktarul Alam @ Aktarul Alom is not required to be arrested in connection with Sapatgram P.S. Case No. 06/2025. 4. In view of the report of the investigation Officer, it appears that there is no apprehension of the petitioner getting arrested in connection with Sapatgram P.S.
