This application under Section 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (hereinafter referred to as BNSS) has been filed for seeking following prayer: "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow this application and reasonable time for appearance/surrender before the courts below may be granted erstwhile effect and operation of N.B.W. dated 04.04.2025 as well as 25.10.2024 passed by Additional District Judge Room No.19 Allahabad, in Case No. 1890/2024, (State Vs. Ajay Pal) Case Crime No.237 of 2022, Under Sections 306 I.P.C., Police Station Nawabganj, District- Allahabad, may be kept in abeyance, otherwise applicant shall suffer an irreparable loss and injury. And or may pass such other and further order which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that in the aforesaid case applicant was on bail but on 25.10.2024 he could not appear before the trial court and non-bailable warrants were issued against him. It was further submitted that prayer made above is not being pressed and that applicant would appear before the trial court concerned and a direction may be made to the trial court to decide his application for cancellation of warrants/for bail expeditiously and protection may be granted till then. 4. In view of aforesaid, it is directed that in case applicant surrenders before the court concerned within a period of three weeks from today and applies for cancellation of warrants or for bail, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law. 5.
