Khandayatray, ASC CORAM: JUSTICE DIXIT KRISHNA SHRIPAD ORDER 09.12.2025 The short grievance of the petitioner is as to non-consideration of his representation dated 23.06.2025 for modification of RACP and 7th Pay Fixation Order earlier sanctioned by the District Education Officer, Jagatsinghpur. 2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that if a representation of the kind is made, there is constitutional obligation resting on the authorities vide Article 350 to give redressal to the grievances aired by the citizens. 3. Learned ASC Mr. Khandayatray very fairly agrees to instruct OP No.3 to look into the grievance of the petitioner, as has been aired in the subject representation, a copy whereof avails at Annexure-6, within a reasonable time, if all contentions are kept open. This is fair and reasonable. In the above circumstances, petition is disposed off. Time for consideration of the subject representation and informing result of such Order No. 02. consideration to the petitioner in writing is eight (8) weeks. All contentions are kept open. It is open to solicit any information or document from side of the petitioner, as are required for due consideration of the subject representation; however, in that guise, delay shall not be brooked.
